A mystery leaves us trapped in the past, unable to truly appreciate the present. The replaying of archived audio clips of Malcolm’s radio sessions, flitting from past to present , enabled us to get to know him. It helped us understand the strong loving bond Chase had with her father. These clips displayed the ideal fatherly attributes a daughter would have benefited from immensely growing up.
